The staff was incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to help us with our plans, and

the room itself was quite spacious, even with four beds set up for our family. It had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. We did find the parking a bit pricey, but it was convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The room is spacious enough for our large family, accommodating three beds without feeling cramped at all. We enjoyed the great breakfast options, especially the variety of Japanese and Western food. It's conveniently located within a short walk from the station, making our sightseeing effortless.

My wife says that the hotel should improve their towel changing policy.

Had an amazing time with friends at the hotel. The spacious room made hanging out easy and fun. We loved visiting the local parks and trying out the on-site massage services after wandering around. Check-in was straightforward, and we received all our room amenities at the lobby. Great location, just a short walk to attractions. Highly recommend it for a group getaway!

staying at richmond was great! the room was surprisingly spacious for four of us, and the tv was huge. the location is perfect, just a 6-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore around. the staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze!
